The conversation started with something small. A question. A tone. A look that lasted a second too long.

Soon, one of you is trying to explain while the other shuts down. Before long, you’re no longer talking about tonight—you’re arguing about everything that came before. You love each other, yet somehow you both still feel alone.

I help couples slow these moments down, understand the patterns pulling them apart, and discover what is happening underneath the words, the silence, and the reactions. Together, we work toward responding to one another with greater safety, connection, trust, and understanding.

As Esther Perel reminds us, “The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.”

Relationships can hurt, challenge, and stretch us—but they can also be places of healing, growth, and profound connection.

You don’t have to have all the answers before coming to therapy. You just have to be willing to begin. Let’s begin together today!
