Mernyll Manalo

A text notification goes off and you already know it’s your partner.

Heaviness overcomes you and tension flows through your body.

You find yourself responding with yet another anger-laden text.

Eventually, the tension subsides, and things continue with your partner as if nothing has happened. You are dismayed at how this cycle has persisted for years.

In some ways, it is like getting lost in the dark while on a long hike. It’s a cold and scary place to be. You don’t know where you are and you didn’t intend to be there, but you find yourself needing to rely on the person you blame for getting you lost in the first place. Where you once could count on your partner in times of need, just being in their presence now leaves you feeling alone and exhausted with no end in sight. You’ve tried everything. Something needs to change. Unfortunately, it’s all too common for so many relationships to get off track and lost in the dark.

You don’t have to find your way back on your own. My job is to roll up my sleeves and get into the thick of it with each of you. I won’t just point you in a different direction. Using decades of research and counseling experience, I’ll teach you exactly how to get your relationship back on track and how to stay there going forward.

My methods are effective in helping people just like you cultivate skills and evoke deep internal change that will help you and your partner get a relationship that you cherish and value. Does it require work? Absolutely. Is it worth the work? Absolutely, but don’t take my word for it. Come see for yourself.
