“I believe that there are times when people hold onto a strong belief and feeling that they are doing what is right for them, and their relationships…yet running into walls, and feeling confused as to why it’s not working out. However, without even knowing it, they are doing the very things that predict “more of the same”, for better or worse. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to work with the same team of therapists for almost 20 years who have made it their life’s work to help people grow their relationships. With any other significant issue in life, we usually get online and seek out as much information & evidence as possible about what to do to fix that issue. Why not do the same for your relationship? I strongly believe that people can change…especially when presented with a clear understanding of what needs to change and why. I find it very rewarding to help provide solid, evidence-informed strategies that can help couples and individuals improve their lives. When I share a “you should consider this” type of strategy, I can back it up with years of research about why it makes sense to consider that strategy. I’ll welcome any questions or hesitations you may have, and always respect your decisions. I’m not saying it’s easy… but I’m invested in getting your relationship where you want it to go, and will support you throughout the process.”
